Dr. Kolbe Poarch

Dr. Kolbe was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, before moving to Kansas City to attend Benedictine College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. After graduation, he worked with the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to research in rare orphan diseases.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Kolbe was inspired to pursue a more natural and holistic approach to wellness, leading him to chiropractic. He attended Cleveland University-Kansas City and graduated Cum Laude in 2025. During chiropractic school, he was accepted into Pi Tau Delta International Chiropractic Honor Society and received the Clinic Intern Performance Award.
Dr. Kolbe is proud to practice alongside his wife, Dr. Sydni, whom he married in the spring of 2025. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, fantasy football, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. While he’s always been a football fan, he’s proudly becoming a Cornhusker supporter, too.

Dr. Sydni was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and attended Waverly Public Schools throughout her childhood. She went on to attend Concordia University, Nebraska, where she played softball and ran track. When COVID 19 hit during her freshman year, it ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic. While working as a CNA throughout college, she discovered her passion for a more natural, holistic approach to health and wellness.
After graduating, Dr. Sydni moved to Elkhorn with her husband, Dr. Kolbe, to be closer to family and build their practice in the community they love. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and like part of the Poarch Chiropractic family.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sydni loves spending time outdoors, whether she’s walking, playing sports, or simply enjoying the fresh air. She also loves reading and scrapbooking, and will happily use any spare time to squeeze in a few pages of a good book or work on a new creative project. Fall is her favorite time of year, as she is a proud Nebraska Cornhusker and Green Bay Packers fan. If you ever see Dr. Sydni out and about, don’t hesitate to stop and say hi, she’d love to see you!
